Vacancy – Imported Motor Vehicle Sales Executive

 

OUR CLIENT

Our client is a trading company dealing in motor vehicle imports. They are seeking to hire an experienced and aggressive Motor Vehicle Sales Executive who will be tasked to find new clients ranging from corporates to car dealerships in Tanzania. The role will mainly be drive to sales as well as companies to sell the vehicles to, client management and resolve complaints.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities;

1.      Manage customer leads

2.      Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients

3.      Research and identify the needs of clients and solutions best suited for them.

4.      Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales targets

5.      Have the ability to structure an entire sales deal under minimum supervision

6.      Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business

7.      Grow and retain existing clients

8.      Maintain strong business relationships with clients.

9.      Respond to all inquiries in a quick & timely manner.

10.  Answer customer questions on product inventory

11.  Helping clients find the best spare parts explaining the benefits.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The job holder should have the following qualifications;

a.      Diploma in a Business-related field, Degree will be an added advantage

b.      2-3 years’ experience working with an international motor vehicle company such as SBT, Be Forward, Kobe etc. in Tanzania

c.       Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices

d.      Substantial track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals

a)      Strong communication skills.

b)      Must have experience in Vehicle Imports Sales

c)      Excellent planning and organizational skills

d)      Must be computer literate.

e)      Must be proactive and focused to achieve sales quotas

f)       Self – motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality

g)      Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion

h)      Confident, presentable and aggressive

i)        Ability to handle and resolve complaints from customers
